Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting our website, we hope you have enjoyed looking around. If you have purchased from us and are now looking to talk to us about returning a product please see below, hopefully it will be self explanatory on what processes we have in place 

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange if that is possible, certain products are unique so we are unable to reproduce them. Please see below for more information on our return policy. An item that has been specifically produced or commissioned for you cannot be returned.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If the item has arrived damaged please make a note on delivery if the damage is visible, or contact us immediately so that we can start the process with the shipping company.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item please email us first at gallery@ryebank.gallery with the details of your purchase and the reason for return, we will endeavour to reply to you within 5 working days. Once the return has been agreed please place the item securely in its original packaging and return to us, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process and reply to you

EXCEPTIONS    

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us either by

email - gallery@ryebank.gallery or telephone us on 01797 360259 to arrange a refund or exchange.
