Alan Woollett

Alan Woollett lives and works in Maidstone ,Kent.
A graduate of the Kent institute of art and design, he has been drawing and painting birds and wildlife professionally for many years.
his work is borne out of a desire to convey the beauty and diversity of the world's birds.
In 2019 he was awarded 'master artist' status by the Woodson art museum in Wisconsin, home of the prestigious 'Birds in art' annual exhibition.
He is also a category winner in the David Shepherd wildlife artist of the year competition.
He has received various accolades and awards for his work over the years and had features in several top art magazines.
He has also written a book on his art 'bird art- drawing birds in graphite and coloured pencil' published by Search Press.
Alan's work can be found in public and private collections both here and in the USA.
