Lesley Greening-Lassoff

Lesley Greening Lassoff studied Fine Art at The City Literary Institute, London, and University of Westminster. After graduating with honours she taught in Further Education, started a cafe and gallery, and a printmaking studio.

Throughout this period, she maintained a personal practice of social engagement, involving collaborations with marginalised communities as an artist facilitator. When Covid 19 terminated group activities she returned to painting and drawing, and spent much of lockdown in a caravan in rural East Sussex.

Her work reflects her diverse interests - the natural world, feminism, folklore, mythology, place..  She has exhibited as both a solo practitioner and collaborator, and her work is held in private collections in the UK and US and at the V and A, London.
